This hotel was a luxurious haven that catered to our every need. the exclusive amenities included a top, notch spa center, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage facilities that were the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. We also enjoyed spending time in the serene garden area, as well as the leisure room that was equipped with a flat, screen TV and comfortable seating arrangements. In, room breakfast was a luxurious treat that we looked forward to each morning, while the restaurant served delectable dinners with an extensive wine list. Cons: the only minor issue we had during our stay was the limited selection at the buffet breakfast, but the attentive staff quickly made up for it by accommodating our personal dietary requirements. this hotel provided us with an unforgettable experience that was personalized and truly luxurious.

The room was intelligently designed, spacious, and had plenty of storage. The location was ideal, calm area, just a few minutes from the center. The helpful and friendly staff, especially Leo and Aysis, made our stay lovely. we had a great experience at Andaz.

everything was fabulous and spotless, i loved location and staff. i stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with elaborated design and mesmerizing decor and king beds. early check-in, late check-out. lobby was great.

The rooms are nicely decorated, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff provides excellent service, with friendly and accommodating attitudes. The breakfast offers a good variety of food, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Additionally, the lobby bar serves great cocktails that guests can enjoy in a beautiful interior.

One negative aspect mentioned in the reviews is the long waiting time during check-in and check-out.

My recent stay in a chic hotel in the heart of a trendy area of Amsterdam was nothing but spectacular. Located in the fabulous 9streets area, the hotel was just a short walk to all the major museums in the city, making sightseeing a breeze. The stunning garden between the buildings was such a calming escape from the city. The service was phenomenal, and I was particularly impressed by the courteousness of the Asian and Aussie staff at the front desk. The breakfast was delicious and included many options to choose from. The room had a breathtaking view of the canal, and the modern bathroom was practical and luxurious. I appreciated the daily refill of non-alcoholic drinks and snacks.

Excellent location right on the canal, close to everything in this city. The hotel facilities were clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was diverse and well-prepared. The staff was attentive. The library was a nice touch.
